20C Making and publication of critical habitat determinations (1) After considering any submissions on a proposed critical habitat determination, the Secretary may make the determination with or without amendment. (2) The Secretary must decide whether or not to make a critical habitat determination within 12 months of the publication of the proposed determination under section 20B(3). (3) The Secretary must publish notice of the making of a critical habitat determination in the Government Gazette. S. 20D inserted by No. 28/2019 s. 15.
