16K Minister to review Lists (1) The Minister must, in accordance with the regulations, ensure that the Threatened List and the Processes List are reviewed for the purposes of identifying any necessary changes referred to in section 16J(2) to be made to those lists. (2) The Minister must ensure that reviews required under subsection (1) are carried out at intervals of no more than 5 years. (3) The first review required under subsection (1) must be carried out within 6 years after the commencement of this Part. (4) The Minister must provide a copy of any review carried out under this section to the Committee.
