These regulations may be cited as the Fishing (Licence Ownership and Interest) Registration (Fees) Regulations 2022 .

Tasmania regulation
Sets the fees payable under the Fishing (Licence Ownership and Interest) Registration Act 2001 for registration, cancellations/variations, replacement records, and provision of copies or lists (reg 4; Schedule 1). Commences 6 June 2022 and is administered by the Department of Natural Resources and Environment Tasmania.

These regulations may be cited as the Fishing (Licence Ownership and Interest) Registration (Fees) Regulations 2022 .
These regulations take effect on 6 June 2022.
In these regulations –
Act means the Fishing (Licence Ownership and Interest) Registration Act 2001 .
The fees specified in Schedule 1 are prescribed as the fees payable under the Act in respect of the matters to which they relate.
