21 Western Deepwater Trawl Fishery

(1) In this section:

leviable WDWTF fishing permit means a fishing permit that is:

(a) granted under the Management Act for the Western Deepwater Trawl Fishery; and
(b) in force at any time during the period starting on the new levy day and ending on the next following 30 June.

(2) The amount of levy in respect of a leviable WDWTF fishing permit is $8,609.36.
