20 Southern Squid Jig Fishery

(1) In this section:

leviable SSJF gear SFR means a gear SFR that is:

(a) granted under the Management Act for the Southern Squid Jig Fishery; and
(b) in force at any time during the period starting on the new levy day and ending on the next following 30 June.

(2) The amount of levy in respect of a leviable SSJF gear SFR is $21.90.
