14 Northern Prawn Fishery

(1) In this section:

leviable NPF gear SFR means a gear SFR that is:

(a) granted under the Management Act for the Northern Prawn Fishery; and
(b) in force at any time during the period starting on the new levy day and ending on the next following 30 June.

(2) The amount of levy in respect of a leviable NPF gear SFR is $67.48.
