68 Infringement notice offences and penalties
For section 42(2) of the Act –
(a) an offence against a provision of these rules specified in column 1 of Schedule 5 is a prescribed offence; and
(b) the penalty specified in column 2 of that Schedule for that offence is its prescribed penalty.
