61 Certain vessels not to be used for taking scallops
A person must not, in State waters, take scallops using a vessel that –
(a) has been used to take scallops outside State waters since the vessel last left port; or
(b) is carrying any scallops taken outside State waters.
Penalty: Grade 2 penalty.
