6 Consultation arrangements

[Rule 6 Amended by S.R. 2025, No. 10, Applied:09 Apr 2025] The Minister is to consult with the relevant advisory committee established under section 27 of the Act in relation to the scallop fishery about any changes relating to –

(a) any area where fishing may occur; and

(b) any matter relating to the characteristics of fish; and

(c) any opening and closing of the scallop fishery; and

(d) any apparatus; and

(e) limits on taking and possessing fish.
