58 Scallop catch records

(1)  In this rule –

scallop catch record means a record relating to scallop catch that is part of the records required to be kept under the Act.

(2)  [Rule 58 Subrule (2) substituted by S.R. 2025, No. 10, Applied:09 Apr 2025] The holder of a fishing licence (scallop) must complete the scallop catch record section of the scallop quota docket –

(a) in accordance with the instructions in the scallop quota docket and catch record book; and

(b) on each day during which fishing occurs.

Penalty:   Grade 2 penalty.
