18 Closed and open seasons for commercial scallop fishery
[Rule 18 Amended by S.R. 2025, No. 10, Applied:09 Apr 2025] The Minister, by published notice, may determine –
(a) the dates of the open season for the commercial scallop fishery; and
(b) the dates of the closed season for the commercial scallop fishery.
