[Rule 14A Inserted by S.R. 2023, No. 71, Applied:01 Nov 2023] A person must not take, or possess, any species of skate, ray, or stingray, including Maugean Skate (Zearaja maugeana) in Macquarie Harbour.

Penalty: Grade 3 penalty.
