141 Berley
(1) A person, in State waters, must not use berley, other than commercial berley, that contains the raw flesh, blood, bone, skin or offal of a mammal.
Penalty: Grade 2 penalty.
(2) A person, in State waters, must not use berley that is not commercial berley for a purpose other than to attract fish for the purpose of fishing.
Penalty: Grade 2 penalty.
