11 Taking fish in certain waters
(1) A person, in Taroona waters, must not –
(a) take fish by diving or swimming; or
(b) have possession of any abalone or rock lobster.
Penalty: Grade 3 penalty.
(2) A person, within 200 metres from Taroona waters, must not –
(a) take abalone or rock lobster; or
(b) have possession of any abalone, or rock lobster, while diving or swimming; or
(c) set, or use, a gillnet.
Penalty: Grade 3 penalty.
