Tasmania regulation
This order establishes a circular research area with a 500‑metre radius centred on George III Rock (coordinates given) in State waters and forbids taking fish by diving or swimming, entering the waters to dive or swim, and anchoring a vessel. It applies to anyone operating vessels or diving near that rock and creates a compliance obligation enforced under the Living Marine Resources Management Act; the Department of Primary Industry and Fisheries administers the area.
