13 Fish protected from commercial fishing
(1) An endorsement does not authorise an endorsement holder to take any species of fish which are protected from commercial fishing for the purposes of section 20 (1) of the Act.
(2) The Fisheries Management (General) Regulation 2019 specifies the fish that are protected from commercial fishing under section 20 (1) of the Act.
