5 Definitions

Note: A number of expressions used in this instrument are defined in the definitions section of the Management Plan, including the following:

Note: (a) fishing year;

Note: (b) standard squid jigging machine; and

Note: (c) total allowable effort or TAE;

In this instrument:

Management Plan means Southern Squid Jig Fishery Management Plan 2005.

Act means the Fisheries Management Act 1991.
