9 Approved vessel monitoring systems
(1) AFMA may approve one or more classes of vessel monitoring systems for the purposes of this instrument. (2) AFMA may vary or revoke an approval under this section. (3) AFMA must ensure that information about an approval, or the variation or revocation of an approval, is published on AFMA’s website.
