43 Fish to be disposed of to fish receiver permit holder
(1) The holder of a fishing concession for a declared fishery must ensure that fish taken and retained under the concession are disposed of only to a holder of a fish receiver permit. (2) This section does not apply in relation to fish taken under an aquarium sector permit granted by AFMA for the Coral Sea Fishery.
