13 South Tasman Rise
For the purposes of subsection 8(1) of the Act, the Act applies, in respect of the area of waters described in Part 2 of Schedule 1 to this instrument, to: (a) Australian citizens; and (b) bodies corporate that are incorporated in Australia or carry on activities mainly in Australia; and (c) Australian boats and Australian‑flagged boats that are not Australian boats; and (d) persons on board boats to which paragraph (c) applies.
