106 Fees and allowances for appearing before Panel
For the purposes of subsection 158(1) of the Act, a person who is summoned under paragraph 146(2)(a) of the Act to appear before the Statutory Fishing Rights Allocation Review Panel to give evidence is entitled to be paid the same fees and allowances for expenses in relation to the appearance as are payable under the Administrative Review Tribunal Rules 2024 to a person summoned to appear before the Administrative Review Tribunal.
