105 Administrative matters
(1) For the purposes of paragraph 137(3)(a) of the Act, the Registrar of the Statutory Fishing Rights Allocation Review Panel must ensure that each Registry of the Panel is open for business from 9.30 am to 1.00 pm, and from 2.00 pm to 4.00 pm, on each business day in the place where the Registry is located. (2) For the purposes of paragraph 137(3)(a) of the Act, the Registrar of the Panel must: (a) date documents received by the Panel; and (b) for an application for review of a decision to grant a fishing right, acknowledge the application in writing.
