100 Authorising disclosure of information relating to illegal fishing activities
(1) This section is made for the purposes of paragraph 108B(3)(b) of the Act. (2) The following agencies are declared to be prescribed agencies for the purposes of subsection 108B(1) of the Act: (a) the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade; (b) the Department administered by the Minister administering Part XII of the Customs Act 1901.
