9ZG Interpretation
(1) For this Division, the weight of a fish is taken to be the weight of the whole fish before it has undergone any preparation. (2) For this Division, if a fish has been processed, the whole weight equivalent of the fish is to be worked out using 1 of the following methods: (a) multiply the weight of the gilled and gutted fish by 1.1 and express the result in kilograms; (b) multiply the weight of the fillets from the fish by 2.6 and express the result in kilograms; (c) multiply the weight of the headed and gutted fish by 1.4 and express the result in kilograms.
