9ZD Finfish
(1) The concession holder must not take any species of finfish mentioned in Subdivision 1 of Division 3 of Part 4 of Schedule 6 from Tasmanian waters. (2) For the species of finfish mentioned in Subdivision 2 of Division 3 of Part 4 of Schedule 6, the concession holder must not possess on the nominated boat more than 20 kilograms of finfish of the species. (3) For the species of finfish mentioned in Subdivision 3 of Division 3 of Part 4 of Schedule 6, the concession holder must not possess on the nominated boat more than 50 kilograms of finfish of the species. (4) For the species of finfish mentioned in Subdivision 4 of Division 3 of Part 4 of Schedule 6, the concession holder must not possess on the nominated boat more than 250 kilograms of finfish of the species.
