9Q Molluscs
(1) The concession holder may take any species of molluscs from Victorian waters. (2) For species of molluscs that are not mentioned in Part 3 of Schedule 6, the concession holder must not possess on the nominated boat more than 50 kilograms of molluscs.
Note: The species mentioned in Part 3 of Schedule 6 are target species, and are subject to specific management arrangements under Part 3 of the Act.
