#### 8 Definitions for Division In this Division: > precedence list has the meaning given in paragraph 28(d) of the Act. > reserve price means the minimum bid amount that will be accepted as a tender. > tender manager, in relation to a tender process, means: (a) if AFMA appoints an independent tender manager under paragraph 8A(a)—that independent tender manager; or (b) if AFMA does not make an appointment under paragraph 8A(a)—AFMA.
