#### 44 Delegation by CEO The CEO may, in writing, delegate the following powers and functions to an officer: (a) the power under regulation 40 to extend the period referred to in paragraph 39(1)(h) in relation to an infringement notice; (b) the power under regulation 41 to withdraw an infringement notice.
