21Fees

#### 21 Fees (1) For paragraph 168(2)(e) of the Act, the fee payable for an application, registration, inspection or other matter mentioned in an item in Schedule 2 is the fee set out in the item. (4) Despite subregulation (1) and items 9 and 10 of Schedule 2, no fee is payable for an application for the grant of a port permit for a foreign fishing boat that is engaged in fisheries research activities in collaboration with: (a) the Commonwealth, a State or a Territory; or (b) an authority of the Commonwealth or of a State or Territory.
