19M Authorising disclosure of information relating to illegal fishing activities
For subsection 108B(1) of the Act, the Minister may authorise the following Agencies to disclose information under that subsection: (a) the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade; (b) the Department administered by the Minister administering Part XII of the Customs Act 1901.
