For the purposes of section 68 (6A) of the Act, it is a condition of a line fishing western zone endorsement that the endorsement holder does not take any of the following species of fish in the fishery—
(a) blue-eye trevalla (Hyperoglyphe antarctica),
(b) ling (Genypterus spp.),
(c) gemfish (Rexea solandri),
(d) hapuku (Polyprion oxygeneios),
(e) bass grouper (Polyprion americanus).
