#### 17 Use of nets in or near flagged swimming areas 17 Use of nets in or near flagged swimming areas > > (1) For the purposes of section 68 (6A) of the Act, it is a condition of an endorsement that the endorsement holder does not shoot or retrieve a net, for the purpose of taking fish in the fishery, while in a flagged swimming area. > > > (2) In this clause— > > > > flagged swimming area means any part of a beach used as a swimming area, the boundaries of which are indicated by flags.
