#### 13 Garfish net (hauling) restrictions 13 Garfish net (hauling) restrictions > > (1) For the purposes of section 68 (6A) of the Act, it is a condition of an endorsement that the endorsement holder does not use a garfish net (hauling) to take fish in the fishery on a weekend or a public holiday. > > > (2) In this clause— > > > > public holiday means a day that is observed as a public holiday throughout New South Wales. > > > > weekend means the period between midnight on a Friday and midnight on the immediately following Sunday.
