#### 12 Hauling net (general purpose) and pilchard, anchovy and bait net (hauling) restrictions 12 Hauling net (general purpose) and pilchard, anchovy and bait net (hauling) restrictions > > (1) For the purposes of section 68 (6A) of the Act, it is a condition of an endorsement that the endorsement holder does not carry out ocean hauling operations (other than operations in relation to use of a garfish net (hauling)) on weekends or on public holidays during the months of November, December, January and February. > > > (2) In this clause— > > > > public holiday means a day that is observed as a public holiday throughout New South Wales. > > > > weekend means the period between midnight on a Friday and midnight on the immediately following Sunday.
