11A Other restrictions on areas of operation
> For the purposes of section 20 (2) of the Act, it is declared that the waters specified in Column 1 of Schedule 3 are waters in which the class of commercial fishing that consists of the method of fishing specified in Column 2 of that Schedule is prohibited during the period specified in Column 3 of that Schedule next to the waters concerned.
