#### 32 Surrender of unused tags in case of cancellation or suspension of endorsement 32 Surrender of unused tags in case of cancellation or suspension of endorsement > > (1) If the endorsement of an endorsement holder in the fishery is cancelled or suspended, the endorsement holder must immediately surrender any unused tags in the endorsement holder’s possession or control— > > > > > (a) in the case of an endorsement holder who is the nominated fisher of a shareholder—to the Secretary or the shareholder, or > > > > > (b) in any other case—to the Secretary or a person authorised by the Secretary to accept the surrender of tags on the Secretary’s behalf. > > > (2) A contravention of this clause is an endorsement holder offence.
