23 Unauthorised use of tag
A person must not attach a tag to a rock lobster unless the person—
(a) is an endorsement holder, or
(b) is a member of the crew of a boat being used by an endorsement holder and he or she attaches the tag in the presence of the endorsement holder, or
(c) is an officer of NSW Fisheries acting for the purposes of the enforcement or administration of the Act or this Plan.
Maximum penalty—100 penalty units.
