#### 23 Unauthorised use of tag 23 Unauthorised use of tag > A person must not attach a tag to a rock lobster unless the person— > > > (a) is an endorsement holder, or > > > (b) is a member of the crew of a boat being used by an endorsement holder and he or she attaches the tag in the presence of the endorsement holder, or > > > (c) is an officer of NSW Fisheries acting for the purposes of the enforcement or administration of the Act or this Plan. > > Maximum penalty—100 penalty units.
