7 Scheme to promote compliance by non‑Contracting Party vessels with CCAMLR conservation measures

7.1 A person must not use a boat in the Convention Area for fishing if the boat is listed on the NCP‑IUU vessel list. 7.2 A person using a non‑Contracting Party boat in the Convention Area for fishing must not participate in any transhipment or joint fishing operations supporting or resupplying a boat that is listed on: (a) the CP‑IUU vessel list; or (b) the NCP‑IUU vessel list. 7.3 A person using a non‑Contracting Party boat outside the Convention Area for fishing must not participate in a transhipment or a joint fishing operation supporting or resupplying a boat that is listed on the NCP‑IUU vessel list.
