6 Scheme to promote compliance by Contracting Party vessels with CCAMLR conservation measures
6.1 A person must not use a boat in the Convention Area for fishing if the boat is listed on the CP‑IUU vessel list. 6.2 A person using a Contracting Party boat in the Convention Area for fishing must not participate in any transhipment or joint fishing operations supporting or resupplying a boat that is listed on: (a) the CP‑IUU vessel list; or (b) the NCP‑IUU vessel list.
