45 Precautionary catch limitations on Euphausia superba in Statistical Subareas 48.1, 48.2, 48.3 and 48.4
45.1 A person using a boat in the Convention Area for fishing in Statistical Subareas 48.1, 48.2, 48.3 and 48.4: (a) must fish for Euphausia superba using only any of the methods specified in Annex A of Conservation Measure 21‑03 Notification of intent to participate in a fishery for Euphausia superba; and (b) must not use any other method of fishing for Euphausia superba; and (c) must use a marine mammal exclusion device on any trawl.
