35 Amendments made by the Fisheries Management (Heard Island and McDonald Islands Fishery) Amendment (Fishing Gear Requirements) Regulations 2025

(1) Regulation 8, as in force immediately before the commencement of the Fisheries Management (Heard Island and McDonald Islands Fishery) Amendment (Fishing Gear Requirements) Regulations 2025, continues to apply on and after that commencement in relation to the use of a trawl net before that commencement. (2) Regulation 9, as in force immediately before the commencement of the Fisheries Management (Heard Island and McDonald Islands Fishery) Amendment (Fishing Gear Requirements) Regulations 2025, continues to apply on and after that commencement in relation to the use of a bobbin, or a rock hopper rubber disc, before that commencement. (3) Regulation 10, as in force immediately before the commencement of the Fisheries Management (Heard Island and McDonald Islands Fishery) Amendment (Fishing Gear Requirements) Regulations 2025, continues to apply on and after that commencement in relation to the use of a net monitor cable before that commencement.
