28 Application of Division
This Division applies to the holder of a statutory fishing right if, while the nominated boat is in the area of the fishery: (a) a batch of fish meal on the holder’s nominated boat contains more than 10.5% moisture; or (b) the holder reasonably believes that there is a risk that the batch will spontaneously ignite.
