For this Division, a boat is a relevant boat if: (a) the holder of a statutory fishing right intends to apply to AFMA to have the boat registered as a nominated boat; and (b) the holder has asked AFMA to arrange for a nominated surveyor to conduct a safety assessment of the boat.
