#### 254 Fishing assets for Aboriginal fishing assistance programs 254 Fishing assets for Aboriginal fishing assistance programs > For the purposes of paragraph (c) of the definition of fishing assets in section 237B (11) of the Act, fishing assets includes the following— > > > (a) a fishing business that has an endorsement in a restricted fishery as a component, > > > (b) an aquaculture lease granted by the Minister under section 163 of the Act.
