#### 245 Activities that are not routine activities in connection with lawful taking of fish or marine vegetation 245 Activities that are not routine activities in connection with lawful taking of fish or marine vegetation > For the purposes of section 220ZF (1) (d) of the Act, any activity, that, by its nature, results in, or is likely to result in, the repeated taking of a threatened species of fish (within the meaning of Part 7A of the Act) is declared not to be a routine activity.
