#### 235 Relevance of matters and adequacy and accuracy of information 235 Relevance of matters and adequacy and accuracy of information > If the Fisheries Scientific Committee is required to have regard to a particular matter, the Committee must consider the matter— > > > (a) to the extent that it is relevant to the assessment of a proposed listing, and > > > (b) to the extent that relevant information is available in relation to the matter, having regard to the adequacy and accuracy of the information.
