#### 130 Public tender for issue of further endorsements 130 Public tender for issue of further endorsements > > (1) The Minister may, at any time after considering the status of stock levels in the restricted fishery, call for public tenders for the issue of further endorsements in the restricted fishery. > > > (2) Notice of the public tender is to be published in the Gazette. > > > (3) The conditions of the public tender are to be determined by the Minister and published in the Gazette notice. > > > (4) A person is eligible for an endorsement in the restricted fishery if the person is a successful tenderer.
