6 Declaration of fisheries to which Division 2 of Part 6 of the Act applies

(1) It is declared that Division 2 of Part 6 of the Act applies to the fisheries listed by subsection (2). (2) This subsection lists the following fisheries: (a) the Coral Sea Fishery; and (b) the Eastern Tuna and Billfish Fishery; and (c) the Norfolk Island Offshore Demersal Finfish Fishery; and (d) the Small Pelagic Fishery; and (e) the Southern and Eastern Scalefish and Shark Fishery; and (f) the Southern Bluefin Tuna Fishery; and (g) the Western Tuna and Billfish Fishery.
