#### 42A Additional crew requirements for prawning endorsement holders using prawn nets (set pocket) 42A Additional crew requirements for prawning endorsement holders using prawn nets (set pocket) > > (1) This clause applies to the use of prawn nets (set pocket) in waters in which prawn nets (set pocket) may lawfully be used. > > > (2) A holder of a prawning endorsement for a region of the fishery may take fish in that region with the assistance of 1 or more holders of a prawning endorsement for the same region. > > > (3) No more than 1 net may be used or set at any one time. > > > (4) Despite clause 37(c), a holder of a prawning endorsement who is providing assistance may also take possession of the fish. > > > (5) If the holder providing assistance takes possession of the fish, the holder must keep the fish in the holder’s possession until the fish are lawfully disposed of. > > > > Note— > > > > See clause 37 in relation to the general crew requirements that apply to an endorsement holder taking fish with the assistance of another person. > > > (6) This clause does not limit the operation of clause 42.
