#### 88A Definitions 88A Definitions > In this Division— > > dealing in a share means any transaction that purports to have the effect of transferring, assigning, transmitting, mortgaging or otherwise creating any interest in a share in a share management fishery. > > prohibited dealing in a share means any dealing that would result in a shareholder acquiring more shares in a fishery than is permitted by this Act or that would otherwise contravene this Act. > > **s 88A:** Ins 2015 No 59, Sch 1 \[54\].
